I have always found H+M a bit hit or miss; some days I go in and I could spend my entire months wages, other times I like around and get a distinct "...meh" feeling. Having said this, a large amount of clothing in my wardrobe comes from H+M and I've found that quite a collection has grown from my infrequent visits. The clothes are of a good quality and last well, and tend to be a mix of 'wardrobe staples' and the current fasion. I have bought a few skirts, tops and shorts from various stores and always found the service to be good and the staff friendly. It's easy to pick faults in things, but H&M really is a shop we couldn't do without! There are so many benefits, and we all love variety! Firstly, it boasts almost a few shops in one. The Divided collection is for younger people and has some fashion forward pieces but also, and more importantly, some fun pieces! There is a huge variety of basics and and even more 'dressy' items, such as girly dresses. Then there's the Trend collection, which is slightly more fashion forward and in recent times has some really great pieces! There's also office wear, a huge accessories section, and even a range of shoes now, which about to get ... Read the complete review

I have always associated H&M with reasonable prices. H&Ms stores are neat and tidy. The quality is about mid range. They usually have a good range of styles. I have bought clothes that were suitable for the workplace, smart skirts for £20 and less. Because of the reasonable prices I tended to buy a few at a time. The clothes tend to be manufactured in other countries. Iit is possible to buy trendy teenage gear that my teenaged grandaughter is not ashamed to be seen in. When she wanted a winter coat about a year ago, I looked in HM at Plymouth. I had not expected to find much it there, but they had racksful of ladies coats which would normally be to ... H+M, originated in Scandinavia and is now a worldwide successful high street store, for children, men and women. In some countries it is possible to shop online, however unfortunately for myself, based in London, this service is not yet available. I do feel that this is a slight let down on the store, especially in this day and age with numerous other high street stores offering this service. H+M itself is a great value store that keeps up with the latest fashion trends and is a shop I regularly visit. The more popular items tend to be of limited stock and run out quickly. So grab the item whilst you can! One criticism I will make however is that the clothes ... Read the complete review

H&M doesn't really rank very high in my books. I only tend to go in there when with friends and would never choose to go there to buy my own clothes. They target the 16-30 bracket in my opinion. Obviously some will disagree with this but I find the clothes are the type you would see either out clubbing or on university/college students. I am not convinced with the quality, some of the items my friends have purchased have looked very cheap and naff, they also have had a cheap and flimsy feel to them. It just doesn't feel like quality too me. The prices are about the same as their competitors but I you would get better quality for your money if ... Read the complete review
