Advantages: Good staff, nice stores, good clothes and good value for money

Disadvantages: Doesn't seem to change stock very often, occasionally some odd sizing

I have always found H+M a bit hit or miss; some days I go in and I could spend my entire months wages, other times I like around and get a distinct "...meh" feeling.

Having said this, a large amount of clothing in my wardrobe comes from H+M and I've found that quite a collection has grown from my infrequent visits. The clothes are of a good quality and last well, and tend to be a mix of 'wardrobe staples' and the current fasion. I have bought a few skirts, tops and shorts from various stores and always found the service to be good and the staff friendly. The clothes are very good value for money; around the same price range as somewhere like New Look.

I have unfortunatly found though, like with nearly all high street shops aimed at under 30s, the sizes to be very variable and I don't go anywhere near their jeans because I know that even a size 18 (a size bigger than I need) won't fit me. Their hoodys/jumpers also seem to come up tight on the arms. I find sometimes that the selection of styles is limited - especially if you check back more than twice a month. I know this is common for fashion stores, but when nothing's changed at all stock wise in 3 weeks, it gives the shop a bit of a stagnant feeling.

Summary: On the whole a worthwhile store if you like bargin hunting
