I had a similar bad experience to the last reviewer. I bought a pair of jeans, my usual size, on 6th November 2008 but they were too small. I returned them the following day for the next size up but none were in stock and I was told they would not be restocking. I asked for a refund but they would not give one. I then asked for a credit note and, unlike for the last reviewer, they said they did not give them. I found myself having to buy a much more expensive pair of jeans just to get my cash back. In fairness they did have a small sign in the shop saying they did not give refunds but I did not see this at the time. This form of trading is totally unacceptable and should be illegal. I would not buy anything from this shop ever again.
