I love the superdry brand so when I saw a voucher code for their online store I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I bought the hooded windcheater that was priced at £69.99 with free delivery, they had my size in stock and so I went straight through to buy it and the process was very easy. The website is incredibly easy to use.

I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched so eagerly awaited the arrival after work each day but after a week had received nothing.

I contacted their customer services and was told that it had been recorded as delivered. As I live above a restaurant I can only imagine who 'received' it for me and is now enjoying wearing my coat. I was very impressed with the speed in which Superdry replied to each of my emails and they refunded me the money after I went to the local delivery office to check and also asked the restaurant and all of my neighbours. I have now received my refund and am impressed with their customer service.

I went into their store in the end to buy the jacket although I had to pay a bit more for it as the voucher code was only for online and am now loving wearing my purchase. Before I bought it I checked all the zips worked and that there were no threads or anything hanging off it. It is very good quality and looks very stylish.

I can recommend this shop to people who dont mind spending that little bit more for a better quality product and the shop itself is very well set out and the sales assistants helpful.
