However i am also running, trojan remover, avg anti-spyware, a norton trial, avg anti rootkit and spybot in order to keey my laptop the cleanest i can. You can get this free download from grisoft.com and once it's installed your set for life. It picks up a few viruses but it can let a couple slip. The updates are daily and take a minute or two to download and install. Once they have been, you don't need to restart your computer.
