3Dize Cool Page

I used Cool Page to build my site and I must say that it was easy to use and I was able to build a very nice site but when it comes to tech support the product stinks! They have no semblance of support. They have a FAQ section that is vague at best. They have NO on line support, NO chat support. The only support contact option you have is to e-mail them with your problem. E-mails that fall on deaf ears. If you are a beginner and you need help you are lost. I first heard about cool page (web page design) on a cover disc of a magazine. I loaded it into my computer, and shortly afterwards created my first web page! I had soon got the bug, and updated reguarly when informed by email from the company. I am now using the web master version, although a fully working download is available free of charge (and you need part with no money ever - you just wont get updates). Anyway Cool page is so simple to create webpages, a child could do it.
