ACDC is the best but most people will not notice all the features it has. The first thing I do is associate it with all graphic formats so when I double click on a graphic file in explorer it comes right up. When you double click on an image it goes into a main viewer where you can press SPACEBAR or go forward through all graphics in that folder or BACKSPACE to go back. You can also zoom in and out.

When you double click on that image, it brings you in to a folder viewer. For the first time after installation, I always go to the
VIEW menu up top and choose THUMBNAILS, which will show you all graphics in your folder in thumbnails (which is very handy to find those lost or missing pictures) and by clicking or double clicking you can go back in to the viewer.

Its got a slideshow, it will quickly set the image your clicked on, to your wall paper if you desire and it resizes it perfectly. You can also use the little file manager to clean your hard drive up.
