Advantages: easy to use

Disadvantages: memory gulping

Trying to accomplish anything took twice as long as it should. GoLive! packs far too many features into the default window which in turn causes it to use too much RAM. I was able to keep maybe one other program open while using GoLive! Not good when I need to run more than 1 program.

On the otherhand, closing the extra features leaves the user without enough tools to get the job done. In contrast, Dreamweaver 3.0 is streamlined so the essential tools are on a small task bar and other tools can be added at the user's convenience. Skip GoLive! and pick up Dreamweaver instead.
