As has probably been stated until the cows come home, Adobe Photoshop is the piece of software for graphics and now in particularly web graphics. Whilst everyone is fuly aware of the program's capability as a graphics package, people are not so aware that the package has redefined itself again, this time with a definitie leaning towards the web, and towards better integration with other parts of the Adobe product palette. Six years ago I found myself teaching IT to students with Learning and Behaviour problems. Part of the course is computer art and design. Luckily for me, my brother is a graphics designer and highly recommended Adobe Photoshop. I never thought that a program that many think is SO complicated, could be used efficiently and effectively by 12 year olds and over! With the new budget this year I have introduced Photoshop 6. Although it carries a big price tag, with educational discount it becomes a good price, one I definitely do not mind paying for the results that it produces.
