One chat room I chat on is aim. This stands for aol instant messenger. You can chat to friends in a chat room or in a room with just your friends. To download aim, go to www.aol.co.uk Its so easy to do just follow the on screen instructions. Once downloaded you are 4ready to chat to all your friends or make lots of new friends. You can add people to your buddy list, which tells you if your friends are on or off line. To start chatting to a friend, double click on there name, and a chat box will appear on your screen. Type in your message, and click on send, your message will go to the other person who will reply to your message. You can say if you are away from your pc so that people will know not to send you a message because you are busy or away from your pc. You can chat to as many people as you want at the same time. You can all chat in one room, and you just send an invitation to your friends, who will then join the room, or you can chat to them all seperately. There is a range of little yellow faces that you can also to your messages too. There are blushing, smiling and others. These make your messages look nicer. You can write a profile about yourself, so other people know about you. You can find a friend to chat to by e-mail, address, name and address or by hobbies. You cans select buddy icons for each person that you chat to as well. There are loads top choose from, including music, faces and many more. I'd recommend anyone to use this chat especially if you love chatting to friends and family.

knarly - 01/11/01 Nice review, very descriptive. Bit on the repetitive side though. You seem to have rated a lot of opinions for a new member!! Have you tried MSN messenger though? |
