Audioactive Player

OK, it may not have thousands of (or any) visualization plugins, fancy EQs and skins but, for pure sound quality, Audioactive beats Winamp by a mile. MP3s are not great to start with, but Audioactive makes the most of the technology, giving a startling degree of separation of parts and a clarity and crispiness which puts other players I've tried to shame. Simple, yes, sounds good? Ok. Worth keeping Not for me. The player installation file was duly downloaded and installed swiftly and simply without a reboot required. The Audioactive player forms a part of a suite of programs which include an MP3 creator. The interface is a small oblong which is devoid of any superfluous features. In fact the simple layout says everything about the nature of the entire program, simple. Unlike other players there is very little in the way of features.
