Having a Diamond Rio (visit my opinion on this if you wish) then I need to take my favourite tracks from Audio to MP3 to download. The software lets you name the tracks and basically all you have to do then is grab them. The quality can be adjusted but I use 128 all the time as this is CD quality. There are no glitches or noises like some of the tracks downloaded from Napster.
Trial versions are available off the net but not all the options are full functional but download it and try it you will not be disappointed.
