I've been using this for a year or two noe but it isn't the best antivirus. It is the free edition of the AVG antivirus programme. For a free edition there is no time period and little restricted features. However i am also running, trojan remover, avg anti-spyware, a norton trial, avg anti rootkit and spybot in order to keey my laptop the cleanest i can. You can get this free download from grisoft.com and once it's installed your set for life. It picks up a few viruses but it can let a couple slip. The updates are daily and take a minute or two to download and install. Once they have been, you don't need to restart your computer. (i hate restarting things) It has a virus vault, where it keeps viruses that it can't delete because it might harm your computer. I tend to delete these anyway. Overall it is pretty good but i would reccomend a norton free trial.
