You can chose which programs you would like it to backup. Lets face it. We all have useless games and applications in out palm computers that wouldn't be a great tragic loss. I wasn't planning on registering my copy, but then I had to do a full restore and it worked v. well. - Advantages: can back up your palm for free, good functionality - Disadvantages: have to register to restore it!, expensive

I found backupbuddy through Dooyoo, but nobody had written an opinion on it. I decided to take the plunge and try it out. I found a trial version, it gives you 30 days to see what its like. It took a little getting used to, I'm usually not too bad with computer programs, I don't consider myself an expert but I don't have too many problems. But I did find this hard to understand. The language used in installation seems to be written with the assumption that you know exactly how the program works and exactly what all of its features are called and what they do.
