Disadvantages: No UK phone support

According to http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.co m/, BitDefender offer telephone support.

However, I couldn't find a UK phone number anywhere.

I haven't recommended it yet. McAfee have UK phone support, so I want to know that BitDefender has before I recommend to my dad that he changes from McAfee to BitDefender.

That's all I wanted to say, apart from the fact that it's a little confusing with so many versions on the website. There's also a free version but I couldn't decide whether that is as good as AVG Free.
