Bleem is a Playstation emulator that allows you to play your expensive PSX games on your PC.

I found that Bleem's list of what PSX games will and won't work on your PC and the tweaks you have to do along the way were complete and accurate. Be sure you download the latest patch from Bleem before you start using the product.

Once you get it right, Bleem delivers a superior gaming experience. The graphics reflect the higher quality of your PC's monitor and video card. The TV just can't measure up. Games like Gran Turismo, Tekken 3 and WWF Attitude, just to name a few, can take on whole new life with your PC's 3D hardware accelerated video card.

One major benefit of Bleem that might not be apparent upfront has to do with the fact that there are a lot of stores that rent Playstation titles. With a little judicious planning, you can get access to a whole lot of new games without laying out a pile of cash.

Porting PSX coding over to the PC is neither a simple, nor a painless process. Considering that underlying fact, Bleem has developed a product that, although blemished, performs in a worthwhile manner. What that means to you, is that you will be spending quite a bit of time working to get controllers, graphics, sound, etc. working right before you will be able to enjoy most of the supported PSX games on your PC, while the majority of PSX titles, you simply will not be able to play at all.

The only other problem that needs to be mentioned is the lack of constant updates that you should expect from a product like this.
