A simplistic take on the internet (Google Chrome)

Advantages: Simple, easy, lots of space for web page

Disadvantages: Not many features

Google Chrome is a new internet browser, that came out at the start of the year. It is meant to feature a minimalist look and feel, with a very small amount of icons and buttons, and a simplistic colour screen. But there are potential flaws of the planned minimalism, for there would not be as many features easily available as in the other web browsers made by Mozilla and Microsoft.

I really like the minimalist looks that are available in this new browser, they are designed to focus more on the content of the web page, instead of the bars at the top of the screen. And it works very well, because there is much more available space to view web pages, which is useful for fitting everything in on a smaller laptop screen.

This browser has Google written all over it, the address bar nicely doubles up as a google search bar, very useful and this all adds to the minimalist effect, and works very well, I like the fact that is actually Google who have come up with this feature.

There are not really any other extra effects that Chrome has that the other two mainstream web browsers do not, but so far in my experience I have really enjoyed using Chrome, and I have not had any trouble using it, it has not crashed once and I have not yet had any bugs on it yet, so I would certainly recommend it to anyone unhappy with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
