Advantages: Fast and secure.

Disadvantages: Not as customisable as other browsers.

As a Computer Scientist, I like to try browsers. It's sad I know. Google Chrome is by far my favourite browser as it is the best performer. Forget you silly additions and widgets or whatever you want to call them, Chrome is a bar-bones browser which is why it's the fastest available. Don't get me wrong, having in-built applications can be fun and can assist you in what you are doing but if you are truly a professional and like things to be fast and perform well then this is the browser for you. It's a browser for people who know what they are doing and is fast enough to save the time that applications in other browsers would do. The most important feature is that this browser is secure. You can customise very little of the security features meaning you are less likely to compromise the integrity of the browser and therefore its performance. I would seriously recommend this browser.
