Really simple, the adware is beyond annoying. Pop-up windows come at you left and right. Some windows wouldn't close in the normal fashion, and they interrupt any work you are doing while connected to the internet. I had to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to close these windows and many times it locked up my computer and I had to shut it down manually. I didn't even waste any time getting used to the program because of this annoyance. I have recieved information that IMESH has a program hidden in it to snoop thru your files and send data ( personal ) to other companies as well as IMESH. Files that consist of numerous things : a.) personal information: 1.) credit card numbers 2.) personal ID #'s 3.) program access #'s as well as other personal information b.) any information that is usefull to them. I first started using imesh about 3 years ago. At the time it was quite a good P2P network, untill you started to get the people that changed the name of the files. Why thay do it nobody seems to know? but it not what it used to be, the idea of downloading a file "which can take sometimes on a dialup connection most of the night." and then to find out that it is not what the title says it is can be a pain. I know when you download free software that basically allows you to rip off software and music you can't expect it to be perfect, but I feel I have to say just HOW bad this is. 1. The client takes up 25 meg in memory, which expands very quickly to 40 meg+. 2. The setup installs spy ware (software that sends info about the websites you view to third parties, and downloads adverts to display to you). 3.
