Advantages: Intuitive to use most of the time

Disadvantages: Cumbersome

One of the reasons I have always avoided getting an i-pod for my music as the fact that I did not want to have to use i-tunes and hence I have always gone for a Sony MP3 player, that and th fact that they are cheaper and work just as well if not better, however when my Sony expired unasked by boyfriend went out and bought me an i-pod nano whch was rather nice of him. Te downside was that now I had to get i-tunes.

Downloading the programme was very easy however it did take quite a while to download onto my five year old laptop ad a couple of times I had to click on the laptop as the pc had gone into slumber mode because of the relative inactivity.

I really wanted i-tues so that I could switch all of my cd's and other downloaded music from my PC to the i-pod nano and this operation was pretty siimple once I had synched my player with the download. It was a litle intuitive as I did not find the instruction manual which you also have to download that clear but I got there in the end.

You can also purchase downloads from i-tunes as well via the store but I have yet to try that out.

I do find it a bit cumbersome at times and the constant updates to download are a pain to keep getting.
