Limewire is a application which is used by people to share files across the internet.With Limewire you can find games,programs,music and even films to download! You can download Limewire free of its official website and it only takes 2 minutes to download and be installed onto your PC. One of the best things about Limewire is you can upload files as much as you want to share with others.

Safety of my computer is the main reason I hate using Limewire. I have noticed some people have tried to hack into my IP address because it goes live when using Limewire. Even if you try to block these people they can still access and attempt to hack your IP. The only way I managed to get around this way to shut Limewire down.

Recent months less people have been uploading files on here as it seems its losing its popularity which it once had. File download times on the website do not take much long as people do seed a lot on here. Some people do send viruses through links and some of the download links are nothing but trojans send. You need to be very careful and make sure your firewall is protecting your PC as Limewire has been a dangerous program for hackers to send viruses through.
