Macromedia Authorware 5.1

**EDIT: Authorware isn't really designed for websites, but instead is more useful for standalone CD-based training applications. This was the only category I could find about Authorware. :) I've been using Authorware for some time now at work. It really is an incredible package; I occasionally use Flash as well, and really prefer Authorware for its interactivity. Applications are easy to build up using the easy-to-understand flowchart system. Interactivity is implemented with minimum hassle thanks to frameworks, navigation icons and buttons. I use Authorware to make educational multimedia applications, and I have to say it is an easy and powerful tool. Authorware has long been popular within the education circle for its ease of authoring courseware and tutorials for schools or university. And the main reason for its popularity is the fact that it takes the burden of learning a programming language off the author shoulder.
