INTRODUCTION

I have been using this for quite a while now and has become very handy at keeping away that spam I keep getting in my email inbox. It is easy and simple to set up for those people that are not familiar with computers. Let me tell you more about this program and what it does.

*~*~*DOWNLOADING / INSTALLING*~*~*

You can download this program from www.mailwasher.net . These 2 processes will not take you long to do. The download process with only take a few minutes to download if you have a fast connection. The installing part of the process is easy and fast too; just click on the file that you downloaded this will start the installation going.

The installation process will only take a few minutes, easy step by step instructions to follow, just browse to where you the program installing to and away you go. It is as easy as that.

*~*~*STARTING MAILWASHER*~*~*

To start up the program just double click on the mail washer icon. Once this program has started up, you then have to add in your email accounts, in this version you are only allowed to use one account, if you download the trial version of mail washer pro, it will allow you to have more than one email account.

You add these email details like you would in setting up your email accounts; it is as simple as that. Once you have done this then it is time to stop all the spam in your email box.

*~*~*HOW DOES MAILWASHER WORK?*~*~*

You will notice a wide box with options along the top. Now the options across the top will allow you to toggle with any settings to do with mailwasher. In the wide box is where you will see all you mail, this is before it hits you email box. Now you will have the option by the check boxes to either do one of the following delete the email bounce the email or simply just block it and send it to the blacklist.

DELETE ? Checking this box will delete the mail before it goes to yo
u inbox.

BOUNCE ? This will bounce back the mail to the sender with a message like the mail address is no longer available, basically the sender will think you don?t have an email account anymore.

BLACKLIST ? This is to block the email, and sends it to the blacklist, the blacklist is a list where all your spam and unwanted mails are stored.

It is very simple and easy to use; you can use any of the above methods of getting rid of spam before it goes into your inbox. There is not much more to it, basically once you have added your accounts you wait for mail to arrive and choose one of the options above.

There is also an option that will let you add all good mails to your friends list too, to do this you will have to right click on the mail and add to friends list, which will appear in the box to the left hand side of the main panel.

You can check mail with this program to see what mail you have by just clicking the check mail button at the top of the main box, clicking here will list all new mail.

Once you have received mail you can choose the option of above whether it is spam or mail that deserves to go to your friends list. Once you have decided what you are going to do with the mail if there is anything left in the main panel then you can process the mail this will open up your email default client to which you can view all mail receive and kept.

Also you will notice that this program is like your mail client, you will see the sender, subject and which account it is too if you?re using more than one account. Clicking on the mail Program button this will open up your email client. This means you don?t have to keep your email client open in which I do.

This program works with all versions of windows
It needs at least 4MB Memory
And 4MB hard disc space, which means this program doesn?t take up much disc room <
br>And not forgetting the obvious an internet connection and mail accounts.

Well this program is very handy for those people that have loads of spam or unwanted emails like the ones I have been getting. This will get rid of them once and for all. There is a help guide, tutorial and frequently asked questions on their webpage, which will help with any problems you have about the program. This doesn?t take up many resources either, and runs nicely in the background.
