Autoroute 2001 is the latest route planning package to have made its way out of the Microsoft camps and I must say that the detail and features in this version cannot be beaten.

The CD is full to the brim and not surprisingly so because the map of Britain is that detailed that I can even find my own house and the pub that is about 200 metres away. Autoroute even tells you the opening time of the pub, the manager and head chef! What detail.

The fastest route finder is best and takes into account how busy some roads are compared to others. Also, a good feature if you want a family day out is details on the major theme parks across the UK and the prices plus what rides are there if you decide to go.

A brilliant package that everyone should have.
