The Microsoft Systems Developer Network is built on much the same idea as technet but with a developer spin. And it's worth getting I can tell you. You could spend ages searching through written materials or you could search the net forever but who better to get deve info from than the guys 'n' gals who developed the OS you're working on. The regular updates, as with Technet, are a blessing and will keep you right time after time.
