MSN messenger is a great program, It is an instant messaging application made by Microsoft . It let's you share conversations, video calls and audio calls to your friends all over the world.

Reliability
Msn Messenger has great reliability, I have never had one freeze or crash. The only time it logs off suddenly is when I loose my internet connection for a slight second.

Installation
Installation is very easy and take no longer then 1 minute to install the program, But before you install the program You'll need to make an email account. You can just go on the messanger website and make one, it'll look something like 'example@hotmail.com' Once you've done this you can start chatting

Speed
MSN messenger is a very speedy program, As soon as you double click the persons name the conversation windows pops up. It is also quick when signing into messenger and starting video calls is very fast.

Variety of features
MSN messenger has a lot of great features, It has video calling, audio calling, text conversation with emotions, winks and games. You can have over 1000 contacts on your address list, Everybody also has a personal name and a personal display picture that anybody can see. You can add statues like 'Away, Be Right Back, Busy, Appear offline and out to lunch' These help people see what you are doing and they then know why you are not responding if you are away. You can also share folders with other contacts, connect mobile phones, receive messages to mobile phones and customize the MSN skins.
