~What?~ ~What Can Your do?~

Msn Messenger is a free & simple Instant messaging service from Microsoft.

Instant messaging is not the only thing you can do. You can:

. Use Microsoft Netmeeting
. Have FREE phone calls.

The good thing with MSN is that only the people you add to YOUR contact list can talk to you. So there is no chance of talking to some old creep!!

MSN could also be used by kids, it is all very secure.

MSN Messenger will notify you, when you connect to the internet, if you have any e-mail, and when a contact of yours logs on, MSN will notify you. So you will never miss a good 'ol' natter!

With MSN you can change your screen name to whatever you want, whenever you want!

If you need to relieve yourself you can change you status. When you 1st log on your staus will be set to 'Online' you can change it to one of the following:
.Busy
.Be Right back
.Away
.On the phone
.Out for lunch

and if you really dob't want to talk to anyone you can set your staus to 'Appear Offline.'

~What do i do now?~

Now all YOU need to do is go to:

http://www.hotmail.com

and sign up for a hotmail account. This is FREE. When you have successfully signed up you will be able to download to MSN Messenger. This will not be downloaded automatically, YOU need to download it.

~What Else?~

MSN will notify you if someone adds you to there contact list and wheather you want them to be able to see when your online.

~Overall~

Overall MSN Messenger is a great FREE service that keeps you and all your mates in touch. It is also a great place to meet new friends.

Compared to Yahoo Messenger, MSN kicks A$$!
