Advantages: Easy to use

Disadvantages: Very basic

But this is a very good product. It's a very simple, functional and easy to use messaging system, and if you have a hotmail address (doesn't everyone) you've already done the registration for it.

However, my main reason for liking it is all my friends have it. And with any messaging system, that is the vital part.

It doesn't have any frills, but the essentials are all there. If you've used any Windows application ever, then you already know how to use this. If you want to do fancy stuff go elsewhere, otherwise this is just fine.

Microsoft are EVIL. i'll be writing my review on this prodcut shortly which will show you all how shoddy microsoft program their programs---i'll give u a clue---dont try and switch identities in outlook express if you have messenger on top--!!!!!!!!!!!!fatal--- -- be there shortly... shenderson02
