I have had webcams before but hadn't used one in a long time. After buying a new computer that took a different connector for the cam, I went out and bought another. The web cam program itself is nice as you can take pictures of yourself or anyone that is in the room and e-mail them to family. With mine came the software to install netmeeting which in the past I had tried and found it never worked properly but figured I would try again. My boyfriend lives many miles away and this is a great way for us to see each other and talk outloud without running up the phone bills sky high. I have been using Microsoft NetMeeting for quite a while now to meet up with my friend both in the UK and abroad and I have found in an excellent FREE way of communicating with my friends. If you have MSN Messenger then you can find this package with it. Microsoft NetMeeting allows you to video conference with your friends. The picture and sound quality are excellent. If you have a web cam then get on this because I have not found anything as good a quality as this. You do need to sign up with Microsoft if you have a Hotmail account or are already a member of MSN.
