Advantages: Excellent ease-of-use and features, overall great package

Disadvantages: none that I can think of

Microsoft Office 2000 is by far the best in any kind of home or business-based office production. Microsoft Word is good for any kind of document you need to create, from manuals to letters to college papers. Microsoft Excel and Access allows users to create spreadsheets to keep accurate money records, business records, and worksheets that you need for your college math classes. Microsoft PowerPoint allows you to create slide presentations with animations and sound, along with posters and banners. Microsoft Publisher allows you to create newsletters, calendars, and business cards, among other things. Microsoft Outlook allows multiple users to keep all of their email accounts, important dates, contacts, and personal notes all in one easy-to-access place.

Microsoft Office 2000 is very user-friendly. It is set up to be beneficial to both the computer genius and for the computer illiterate. With these programs, you have unlimited outlets for your creativity in whatever you endeavor. What helps a lot, is that all of these programs are set up exactly like the other. This helps incorporate these programs together. The menus are easy to locate and use. And, if for some reason, you ever do get stuck, and you can't seem to figure out something; all you have to do is go to the help function and it will help you find your answer.

I was first introduced to Microsoft Office while playing around on my home computer. One by one, I began learning each individual program. It was so easy to use, and I had so much fun with it. Now, as a college student, Microsoft Office has been a great help to me. They are some of the most used programs on my computer's hard drive. With your creativity and this group of programs, you can do anything you want. From creating marvelous newsletters to impressive presentations to extraordinary webpages, Microsoft Office 2000 is by far the best, and the good news is that it can only continue to get better and better!
