Napster is a innovative and extremely good piece of software. It is free to download from Napster.com and has many attributes that no other players have. For example you can search for mp3’s that people have uploaded who are already current members of Napster. You are also able to chat to any members of Napster relating to your preferred style of music. You can easily upload songs from your hard drive. You can obviously play your mp3’s using this software and the sound quality is excellent with good speakers. You can download as many mp3’s as you like at any one time, but sometimes if there are a lot of people search for the same one you may come up with a transfer message. This usually is not a problem as the search will bring up around 100 results and on average at least 75% of them are the mp3 that you have been looking for. Overall I would say it was an excellent piece of software and in my experience very reliable and makes downloading music a joke.
