Advantages: Enables you to view mp3 files on all network of computers and download them

Disadvantages: It also allows other people to have access to your mp3 files which can cause slow down.

Napster is a revolutionary new program, an award winning program, that enables users to download mp3 music files off the internet.

This is deffinatly the best program to use for downloading mp3 files and it does not download through web pages. We all know web pages can be slow, it's difficult to find the right song and sometimes and there can be broken links. This can lead to fustration.

Napsters defies all that and works in a simple easy user friendly way. The Program connects every computer, network and server together therefore everyone using the program has access to everyones mp3 files. One of the best features is that it tell you how fast the download connection is, which gives you the option of downloading from a 56K modem or T1 connection. And, it will not show you broken links.

Basically all you are doing is downloading mp3 files from other peoples computer. However, if they turn their machine off then downloading is stoppped. If you are downloading from a server you should have no problems at all.

You can download this program FREE from www.napster.com

Anything that promotes music is good - and despite all the adverse publicity CD sales actually seem to benefit as a result of sites like Napster.
