Advantages: locks ip sub identity into better protected zone when linked through Naviscope as a proxy server.

Disadvantages: I found none.

I have not really thought about using this little gem now i am broadband as i mainly found the DNS and prefetching with Naviscope as another form of speeding up my old 56k dial up but as i regularly backup and reformat my volumes i can qualify that i found this navigation tool so invaluable that i installed it as primary config prior to configuring and actuating my connection.
For those who still have a 56k modem i would recommend this small but versatile and totally configurale navigation accelerator as prerequisite software on your machine.
