Advantages: Lightweight, brilliant protection, no use of popups/other irritants, value for money, easy to renew

When my 90 day symantec trial for my Acer ran out, I was offered NOD32. I had not heard anything about this product ever before, but once I had used it for a month, I was never going to use another AntiVirus again. The sheer ease of use was the first thing that appealed to me. Click a few things to make them start working, done. Then when that was sorted, I just continued what I was doing for the next month. By the second week I was dreading that some sort of offer or notice was going to pop up and kill whatever I was doing because it used so much memory (Like McAffee), but nothing came! Nor the week after that, nor the week after that. That is one of the main features I would like to point out; the only thing you will ever see that is NOD32 related on your computer is if it pops up a small notice saying it's been updated, or if you've clicked on some dodgy file and it's burning red and alerting you to the problem. The second thing is that it is lightweight (I mean really really, really lightweight) in comparison to almost all other antiviruses. It uses so little memory, it's hard to tell if it's still there!

I would recommend this to anyone who was searching for a new antivirus.

A brilliant all round product, to say the least.
