OCM stands for Online Call Management and it is a cool little program that stops you ever missing a call again, when you are online. You install it onto your computer and register it and when ever there is an incoming call it tells you who it is and gives you a choice of what you want to do. -you can choose for it to hang up and let the call come though. -you can divert the call to your mobile or any mobile. -or divert it to another land line. I have been using Online Call Manager for a couple of months now. It can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet and also requires Call Divert to be set up with the telephone service provider. Once installed and working, it automatically loads every time you connect to the Internet and then informs you if a call is coming through. You can then choose various options, such as disconnecting and answering the call, diverting it to a mobile, or ignoring the call. Alternatively you can set messages for the caller to hear. Whilst excellent in theory, there are 2 drawbacks. One is the cost: 10p per minute from the time that the call comes through to Online Call ...
