3Dize Cool Page ... used Cool Page to build my site and I must say that it was easy to use and I was able to build a very nice site but when it comes to tech support the product stinks! They have no semblance of support. They have a FAQ section that is vague at best. They have NO on line support, NO chat support. The only support contact option you have is to e-mail them with your problem. E-mails that fall on deaf ears. If you are a beginner and you need help you are lost. The one and only e-mail reply I received from them when I had a question about using the program was rude and anything but helpful. Macromedia Dreamweaver MX ... is one of the TITANS of Web Site Design programmes, competing only with HOT METAL PRO and a select couple of others. Alas, when something can do just about anything, it takes a whole lot to get it to do the slightest thing. This is not a software package to which you will take like the proverbial duck to water.
