I?m not very knowledge in understanding the technical side of computers. Although I?m not a complete novice. I?m fine basically until something different happens. I am then thrown into a state of complete panic. Help lines are so expensive to call. So when something does go wrong, Ill first try clicking a few things. I have LOADS of software including the ones that most people buy to protect their PCs but the reason I'm writing this review is that the piece of software that has been my saviour most often is Fix It Utilities. If you only buy one more piece of software for your computer in your lifetime, make it a utility suite that can maintain and protect your system. Like most people, I have a virus scanner program. It is about three years old but I have regularly downloaded the updates and I believed that I was OK.
