Advantages: frees up memery, very easy to use, you can sit back and relax with a faster computer.

I've tried a lot of programs that say they will speed up performance but most of them are just hopeless at freeing memory. Windows kept using up all my memory and I only had a few programs open. White boxes would come up and say you are running dangerously low on resources and it would give me a choice of programs to close. I would try to close one and windows would lock up. This also happened when I tried to close out some programs that weren't responding using control alt delete and windows would lock up again. Now that I have Cacheman installed again everything is running great.

I highly recommend this program. It will give you at least 60% more free memory on your PC and if you are a gamer then you will definitely see improved performance.
