Paint Shop Pro is a must for all designers/family users/experts. It is an exceptionally good graphics program with a good range of tools for a low price. Paint shop Pro lets you view a whole load of different graphics files and also lets you create your own graphics.

the deformations are not all that good, but you can download plug-ins (add on files for the program) which give you a whole new range of image deformations and tools to play with, including lighting & 3D effects.

Paint shop costs about £60, but you can download a free 30 day trial of the program if you want to try it out first.

A very good budget package which i would recoomend to anyone looking to do a bit of work with some graphics.
