This is an excellant product that has been always rated as one of the best (more budget) graphics and art applications available for ages.
An since the previous version there has been very little changes in the structure and use of many of the low end tools but a difference in the supporting file formats.
Although it may seem really complicated for the beginner to start with once mastering the techniques of the application you can produce/change some stunning images.
I have often used this above other art applications simply because of its ease of use and I would very much rate this for changing ammending photos and any web graphics as it is simply a breeze to use and very fast once you get use to it.
For deleting red eye out of photo's it is very quick and gives a better result then some of these awful easy-use photo applications that often leave a bad result on print out.
With excellant tools such as duplication and selection tool that you can use to do just about anything and a very simple to use brush tooling system this really is the hottest paint/art application out on the market for this price at the moment.
