Paint Shop Pro is really a necessity for every PC owner. It is a picture editor programme, but it is probably used by many as their primary picture viewer. Most computers come with Microsoft Paint but this is pretty useless at viewing picture files.

Paint Shop Pro has a nice little feature called browser that makes lots of little thumbnails (smaller pictures) of your photos that can then be quickly browsed. This is easy for making a simple digital photo album.

Paint Shop Pro is available on shareware, it is very cheap to buy compared to the likes of Adobe Photoshop and a real bargain, buy it now!!
