PC Anywhere is a must for any support department. I have used various remote access software packages and would recommend this as the best. I worked for a large organisation with 8 offices throughout the UK and was able to successfully troubleshoot software problems throughout these offices using PC Anywhere. It is easy to set up and easy to use as the desktop of the remote PC is shown on the screen performing the support action. Even though free remote access software is available I believe it is worth a professional support department to pay for a product which is highly efficient, user friendly and trouble free.
