I use pocket TV on my HP Jornada 520 series PDA and it has proved to be a very good piece of software. It is downloadable from www.pocketgear.com and is readily available. I have used it with movie clips I have created on other machines and converted them to MPG1 The performance is relative to the performance of your individual PDA, so that may vary.
