Powerbullet Presenter is an extremely handy tool for creating flash projects, which can be downloaded for free. Although the application is mainly intended for creating flash presentations, it can be used for just about anything you would want to use flash for, including making simple games, creating a media player or to create animated banners. No programming knowledge whatsoever is required and the program is incredibly easy to use.

The download is very small and only takes a few minutes to install on your computer. Once installed the program runs smoothly and efficiently without hogging your computers resources. You can then simply choose to insert any text, images or sounds that you want into your flash projects. The program provides a wide range of fonts and effects that can be used on any single element of your project. You can then create links from any part of your presentation to a relevant page.

There is a wide range of effects available, allowing to create snazzy animations. You can make your pictures or text come spinning in across the screen or dropping and bouncing from the top of the screen and much much more. You can even build an entire flash website with the program.

Once you have finished making your flash project you can preview it before exporting it. Once exported, the program provides you with a swf file (shock-wave flash) and a HTML index file with the flash movie embedded into it. You can then use this as you wish. The great thing about Powerbullet presenter is that being a free application you would expect it to place some kind of advertising on your finished projects, but it doesn't! None at all!
