The service is nothing more than a fancy clogged up message board where you leave notes and all your friends have to be registered to to your page, which makes it even more yawningly tedious. Quickdot is simply a laughable service. I don't understand how this project ever saw the light of day. If I were a big chairman type asked for approval of something like this, I wouldn't hesitate in saying no. Quickdot claims to some extent, in different words to be the future of messaging. Quickdot is a messaging service which is designed to eliminate the time spent on emails. The whole idea of it is to eliminate time spent checking and writing lengthy emails by sending quick "post-it notes" instead. I signed up last year after being shown the website by a friend and I can definitely say that it is worth while doing.
