By far the most accomplished and useful piece of MP3 software available free of charge is RealJukebox 2 Basic from Real software. It is intuitive and easy to use, and performs a far wider range of tasks than its' rivals often at a higher quality. This has to be one of the best things I have ever downloaded off the Internet. It is available from www.real.com, which is an Internet sharing site. There are two versions. I have the free version that anyone can download as many times as they like and there is a better version, which you can buy. Every time the latest version comes out then you are told so you can improve what you have as well. I love freebies. So what is realjuke box? I download a lot of MP3 files every week. I store all these in one folder, my hard drive is clogged full of them. Categorizing them is awkward as putting them all in one folder makes it hard to find the mp3 file i want. I use Windows media player and Real Player to play music files, but now i have found a easy way to store, categorize and play mp3 files, Real Jukebox Plus. Its a tool from Real Networks for £25 ( you can get the basic version for free but has limited tools and options). If you have Real player already, then you will get this for £20, but i still think its a decent price to pay even if there is more jukeboxes out there.
