Real Jukeboz is easily the best music playing software, it is easily downloadable from the Real.com web page and takes less than half an hour.
It not only plays music CD's without any fuss but can also record CD's onto your hard drive which allows you to play them without requiring the actual CD.
There are a huge selection of 'skins' to choose from which can be used to make your desktop more attractive, I have the honey bee one.
This piece of software is simple but faultless where I am conserned.
