Advantages: Clean layout, Many formats supported, Free version available

This is the new player from RealNetworks and is the integration of RealPlayer & RealJukebox. The look has been updated and lots more bells & whistles added.
A wide variety of formats are supported including of course the space saving RealAudio & RealVideo. These are a big pluse if you store lots of media on your hard disk.

The big plus for me was the ease with which new media of all types can be added, descriptions altered and playlists created.

The only annoying factor was that when playing MPEG videos in fullscreen format performance was not as good as Windows Media Player. Of course that could just be a quirk of my computer.

Overall a good player.

Summary:
