Steinberg Cubase VST / 24 is a very powerful piece of studio quality sequencing software. A lot of professional producers choose Cubase and when you get into it you can see why.

Using available VST plug ins its possible to do sooooo much to the sound it is amazing! VST plug ins are available for both intruments and effects meaning recorded sequences (in MIDI for example), can have any sound applied as an instrument and various effects can be applied to the top of that. VST plug ins are available for free from some internet sites although the quality of them can vary, and they are also available in commercial form which are mostly of stunning quality representing various effects modules and synthesizers with stunning accuracy.

The only problem with this software is that it can be very complex as you delve deeper in to what it can do and can be very time consuming because of this. If you have experience on it then things do become easier & quicker.
