... was the first piece of proxy software that i used, and i worked without any bother within minuits. Sygate has support for all the protocols that is supported in TCP/IP. The only problem ive had is when i got my new computer with WinME installed on it. For some wierd reason sygate didnt work with this. I know that WinME has ICS installed with it... but that didnt work either. So i had to change my proxy software, and every other piece of software that i use the SOCKS protocol will not work. I never had this problem with sygate, everything worked. I could use napster and any other internet software that used SOCKS worked fine. Now im lost with this. Sygate is very...

... relatively small program works and absolute dream. It allows anyone with limited/no knowledge of networks to share a dial up/broadband connection with little or no effort. This is what ICS should have been like - take note MS!! It configures your settings perfectly, and within 10 mins you can be up and sharing. I have had very little in the way of trouble with this and have even installe sybergens firewall software - and both work together with no problems at all.
